Van Coillie & Co negotiated the relocation of Cegelec sa to Alpha Campus and initiated the development of a made to measure office building, including integrated production and warehousing facilities, with a total floor surface of +/- 4.000 m2 and 125 parkings. Cegelec sa rents this building for a 15 year term through a lease contract negotiated by Van Coillie & Co with Leasinvest sa, a real estate investment trust listed on NYSE Euronext Brussels with a market capitalization of approximately 250 million euros.
