An obsolete 9.000 m² office building originally owned by Banimmo on the rue de la Loi in Brussels, Van Coillie & Co’s partners initiated the redevelopment of the building into a 7.000 m² state of the art office building which was let and sold to an end investor before the building works were finished, resulting in far higher than market returns for the joint developers.
