Originally a military barracks in Brussels, Conaco’s partners were appointed by the University of Brussels to initiate a mixed use redevelopment plan. The complete planning process was directed by Van Coillie & Co’s partners and resulted in creating value for the University, whilst retaining long-term ownership of the property through an innovative leasehold structure. It now holds 10.000 m² of offices, 2.000 m² of start-up offices, 100 apartments, more than 2.000 m² of semi-industrial surfaces.
