Van Coillie & Co acted as advisor to the Vrije Universiteit Brussel to acquire a 10.000 m2 office building with 170 parkings to house the international expansion of the University. The 10-year old building is located in Brussels, Pleinlaan 5 and was acquired from AXA REIM. It will house the International Relations and Mobility Office (IRMO), the Institute for European Studies (IES), the Brussels Institute of Contemporary China Studies (BICCS) and Vesalius College. Van Coillie & Co defined the strategic options for the negotiations and was intimately involved in closing the transaction.
