Van Coillie & Co acted as advisor to the Vrije Universiteit Brussel to obtain an option from Standard Life on a 9.848 m2 office building with 172 parkings. Before the end of 2011 the University exercised the option and acquired the building. The 10-year old building is located in Brussels, Pleinlaan 9 and will be used to respond to the expansion needs of the University.
