Co-Life, a joint venture with Life nv has successfully developed a 101 unit student housing in the old warehouses of the Antwerpse Waterwerken. Building permit was obtained in 2011 and the works were executed within the targeted time frame to deliver the units in September 2012. All units were sold to private end investors.
